AS9100D is a quality management standard developed by SAE International for the aviation, space, and defense industries, and includes ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements. PSI is certified for SMT services such as BGA reballing and circuit assembly rework, laboratory services such SMT Rework and Repair, Laboratory Services such as Failure Analysis, Material Characterization, and SMT Process Validation, and Professional Training services. ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) is an export control regulation governing defense-related applications. Articles specifically designed or otherwise intended for military end-use are enumerated on the United States Munitions List (USML) or the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) Annex and therefore controlled by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which is administered by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) at the State Department. PSI has been registered with ITAR since 2016.
IPC is a global trade association dedicated to furthering the competitive excellence and financial success of its members, who are participants in the electronics industry. IPC devotes resources to management improvement and technology enhancement programs, the creation of relevant standards, protection of the environment, and pertinent government relations. PSI is a Member in good standing since February, 1999.
The Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA), established in 1984, is a non-profit international association of companies and individuals involved in all aspects of the electronics industry. The Association is dedicated to the advancement of the electronics industry through member education and interaction. Members help one another, actively seek out the latest in education and techniques, and work energetically to advance the industry. PSI is a corporate SMTA Member since 1997.
